South East and Central Essex Mind Delivers Mental Health Training at Livemore
As World Mental Health Day approaches, it’s a timely reminder that supporting mental health in the workplace not only reduces pressure on services but also helps prevent people from becoming unwell and fosters a positive culture of wellbeing.
Workplace mental health training plays a vital role in creating safer, healthier, and more productive environments for both employees and employers.
South East and Central Essex (SECE) Mind recently delivered a workplace mental health session for Livemore staff during their team away day. The interactive presentation equipped staff with practical knowledge and tools to support wellbeing, challenge stigma, and strengthen workplace culture.
The session focused on:
Recognising early signs of stress, burnout, and other mental health challenges
Sharing strategies to build supportive, open, and resilient working environments
“We are proud to partner with SECE Mind to help foster a positive workplace culture. People matter most and when they feel supported, stress decreases, energy increases, and stronger teamwork naturally follows. With our team now in hybrid work-from-home roles we want to make sure they feel supported, connected and most importantly, visible. A healthy team is a happy team”
“We are delighted to support Livemore staff in understanding the importance of mental health in the workplace. By encouraging open conversations and equipping teams with practical skills, we can create workplaces where people feel safe, valued, and able to thrive”
