In partnership with SECE Mind, Spec Training, and CrossFit Rayleigh, the CrossFit Teens project is dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing for young people.

As part of our wellbeing initiatives, we also run Walk & Talk – a weekly walking group designed to support both the physical and emotional wellbeing of young people.
