Our Stress and Resilience course helps individuals, managers and teams understand how stress shows up, what can contribute to it, and how to respond in ways that support wellbeing and resilience.
The course explores the emotional, physical and behavioural impact of stress, including how trauma can affect people at work. It also introduces practical approaches to creating a more trauma-informed workplace, including the use of the CALMER framework to support compassionate, confident and consistent responses.
Participants will come away with practical tools to manage stress, strengthen personal resilience, use mindfulness to support wellbeing, and build healthier patterns of support within their teams.
